1. GENERAL PRODUCTS RELATED

1) My hair is very long, can I wear short or medium wig?

Absolutely! To fit long hair into the cap, first you need to part your hair from the middle, then use 7-8 bobby pins to keep the hair flat around your head. Wear a wig cap on top before putting on the wig.

 

2) Can I wear the wig for school or work? Do they look real?

All our wigs have very natural looks. They have soft touch with good gloss. Many of our customers wear them for work or school every day.

 

3) Is the hair of the wig real human hair? What material is it made of?

Most of our products made of synthetic hair. While they are not real human hair, the density and texture are such that they feel almost like human hair.

 

4) Why should I choose Synthetic Hair over Human Hair?

While human hair has the most natural look, it takes time to maintain and style just like your own hair. High quality synthetic hair looks almost like real human hair and it can be worn right away without any styling. It is also more affordable comparing to human hair products.

 

5) Are there color differences between photos taken and the products?

We expect minor differences in colors due to camera lightings.

 

6) How can I maintain the wigs?

1) Spray wig care solution over the wig 2-3 times when the hair becomes dry. Use specialized wig comb to gently brush the hair starting from the bottom, carefully remove the knots in hair.
2) We suggest clean your wig after 30 wears, or every 4 to 6 weeks. To clean the wig, soak for 5min with wig shampoo and cold water. Rinse after 5min and condition the wig with synthetic wig conditioner before rinse again.
3) Air dry the wig after wash. Do not use a washer/dryer, and do not attempt to speed dry with a hair dryer. Air drying can ensure natural looking and manageable fibers for synthetic hair.

 

7) Does the wig shed? Can I comb or brush it?

It's normal that some loose hair might fall out when you first receive the wig. After combing for the first time, it will not shed as much. Wigs should be combed with a wide tooth comb to detangle and a wig comb. Do not brush or comb when the synthetic wig is wet. Try to finger style it instead of combing it too often. Comb the hair section by section, and work from the bottom to the top.

 

 

2. GENERAL SHIPPING AND PAYMENT


1) What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept all major kinds of payment including Discover, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, JCB, American Express.

 

2) What will happen after I place an order?

After you place an order, you will receive an email of confirmation. We will process your order within 3 business days once confirmed.

Item will be shipped to you once processed. We will update your tracking number within 7 business days after it has been shipped. You can track your order HERE.

 

3) Do you offer free shipping?

We are currently offering free standard shipping in Continental US and UK for orders above $39.99.

We also provide shipping to Canada.

Sometimes we do promotion for free shipping but that will be limited time only. 

 

4) When can I expect my product delivered?

Please note, TOTAL SHIPPING TIME = PROCESSING TIME + DELIVERY TIME

We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible. We will generally process your order within 3 business days. After processing the order, depending on which delivery option you select, and which region you are located, the delivery time might vary.

5) How can I track my order?

Once your products have been shipped. you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a link to retrieve your tracking number. You can also track your order HERE.

 

 

3. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

1) What is your return policy?

At The Colorful Kingdom, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our goal is to provide you with a gorgeous and well-made wig that meets our high expectation of workmanship and quality. All our wigs are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure that you receive a wig that meets our high standards. We make every attempt to represent our products accurately and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We understand, though, that in some cases customers may request a return.

We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return at no cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, click HERE to initiate the request. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and we are not able to process refund and return for rejected delivery.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us HERE immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also will not be able to provide refund for the delivery fee.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

2) Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change an order, contact us HERE immediately. We will do everything to accommodate your request. However, shipped items cannot be canceled or changed.
